Rental lease required for guests staying 30 days or more.

Guest verification may be required via Superhog, Keycheck or Safely via uploading govt issue ID. $35-40 additional charge for damage wavier through Superhog designed to prevent being charged for accidental damages up to $500

Only starter amenities are provided during your stay i.e: toilet paper, travel size soap, travel size body wash, and travel size lotion



You authorize us to charge you accordingly for any damages that your pet has caused to whatever payment methods are on file

Leave furniture in its original place

Lock door and close windows when leaving the unit

Turn off air conditioning when leaving unit.





Security deposit is required after check in and released after check out if no damages/incidentals have occurred.

No Smoking inside the unit or $500 fine

If cancellation more 30 days prior to check-in, full is refund available. If less than 30 days' notice a, 1-month rental rate is forfeited

During monthly stays utilities capped at $150 per month if utilities are over this amount guest to pay the difference

Every Sunday night take trash bin to street curb and put trash bin back to designated area behind
apartment complex, recycling pickup is every other Monday

Mid stays cleaning may be required from our cleaning service once per month


Potential incidental charges

$250 to replace light remote in designated desk area if lost or damaged.

$75 to replace security keys for the security door if lost or stolen

$200 or more for any damages to but not limited to TVs, TV stand, chair, walls or windows, etc
